My Journey to God

God Listens

There are people who say they don’t believe …
Why then do they cry out
when no human can help them?
Are they crying out to the God
in whom they don’t believe?

There are people who say they believe …
but don’t cry out.
Why do they hold so tightly to their pain?
Do they think their God is too busy,
too far from them?

There are people who cry out, who believe,
but doubt …
How do they know God is listening?
How could He let this happen?
Will God really answer them?

No matter where you are, God listens.
God speaks to us in our hearts.
Be still, let go of this world,
It’s your turn …
Listen to God.
